All the factory swirl marks, scratches and marks are gone. The black paint looks so deep you can jump into it! Picked up my 2025 Tesla Model 3 AWD from delivery over the holiday weekend. Typical dealership shenanigans, they did a poor job of washing the vehicle properly. Leaving many water spots and dirt grim around the doors. The stealth grey color really lack that new car polish and had a very dark grey, almost black color. Either way, I didn’t make a big deal since I did schedule the appointment to get it detailed soon after pickup. Took it to Xtreme Xcellence on Monday to clean it up, and apply a Silver ceramic coating package. Was inform by Rigo at pickup that he found residue of a coffee spill in the vehicle. Which is odd since I don’t drink anything while driving. It had to be someone at Tesla that spilled it before delivery, and didn’t do a good job in cleaning it. Either way, Rigo steam cleaned to remove it - no extra charge. I’m very thankful with Rigo going above and beyond, and being very thorough when inspecting. Amazing result from Rigo. I picked up a used Panamera GTS and was looking to get the car detailed. I was referred to Rigo and the quote was “Rigo is the only person I trust with my cars”. This person has 4 Porsches so that seemed like a great endorsement. I thought the car looked OK but after Rigo worked on it the car looks amazing. He corrected several paint chips especially under the front bumper, removed all the swirl marks from the previous owner and brought out a depth of shine that was not there before. AWESOME results!! I dropped off a ‘new to me’ 2010 Acura TSX with Rigo at Xtreme Xcellence for a full detail. The car was in good shape but in need of some serious cosmetic love. Paint was dull, seats kind of dirty, dash/console/carpet/mats very much in need of a deep clean. When I picked it up, THE CAR LOOKED NEARLY NEW! The paint is A-MA-ZING. Shiny, slick beautiful! All the fogginess was gone and the sealant makes is gleam! The interior is steam cleaned and leather conditioned. The leather seats and trim have their original suppleness. All the nooks and crannies in the dash, vents, console, everywhere is dust and grime free and has the original luster. Carpet and mats are clean and no long have eau de puppy smell. This is my first time ever getting a car detailed, and so I was unsure of which package to choose from and didn't really understand what each option meant. I was a bit nervous because this is also the first brand new car I've ever bought. I needed to find an expert in the ceramic coating world. Why? Because my Telluride developed a bad case of hard water spots and streaks after washing. I have one of those total paint protection plans that I purchased when I bought the vehicle about 18 months ago.The customer service representative sent me the contact data for Rigo and Xtreme Xcellence Detailing. It turns that I live nearby so I called for an appointment and Rigo said to come by the next day.I must have spent more than hour getting a lesson on the complete process of ceramic coating an automobile. It was a lesson from a master in the field. He even demonstrated on my car that there was no longer any ceramic coating left on the surface of the clear coat. I now know how to proceed with the dealer to resolve the problem.Everywhere I looked around the shop I saw evidence of their mastery of the Art of Auto Detailing. Rigo and his team are professionals. Not only did they do an excellent job at cleaning and detailing my car, they found a way to make it work. Their facility has all the lights and gadgets needed to do everything your car needs. My wife drives a Tesla Model 3. healthcare worker who works long shifts for most of the week. Without knowing who I was, Rigo and his team found a way to make it work for us. I am extremely grateful for their generosity and attention to detail. It has been 6 months and the ceramic coating on the Tesla 3 still holds as it did on day 1. Mind you, the Tesla never sees the inside of a garage, is driven every single day from OC to LA, sits outside all night, and is only covered while parked at work (in a structure). the only maintenance we have done is hand washing it. With the Ceramic Coating, the car looks so clean that we hardly even wash it. probably not the best for the Ceramic coating but definitely saves up on time, money, and the eye sore of a dirty car because it stays and looks clean for such a long period of time. highly recommended. I got my truck detailed on Oct 25, 2023 and i intentionally wanted to wait a while before posting. I bought a truck from CARMAX in Irvine and it was entirely polluted with a cigarette smoke smell. The Xtreme Xcellence Team told me he’d have to extremely deep clean it but they’d be able to get the smell out. Here i am almost two months later telling you the smell is still gone! It only took them one day to have finished and had I been available the evening of the day I turned the truck in, I would’ve got it back that evening. I have a new-to-me 2008 Boxster and since I will have to park it mostly outside in the Southern California sun and the last time it rained in the area, I did not see any water beading on the soft top. I know it is imperative that I need to correct this if I were to avoid replacing an expensive OEM top. I contacted Rigo at Xtreme Xcellence and explained my situation. Rigo was courteous and professional. He asked me to bring my car to his shop and he would take care the top for me. I brought my car in at the appointed schedule, and Rigo washed and cleaned the top. He then treated it for waterproofing and UV protection. Afterwards the top looks so much better and I feel less stressed to leave my car outside.
